Nick graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2001 with an honours degree in Law. Upon completing his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, in 2003 Nick joined SJ Berwin LLP as a Trainee Solicitor.
After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005, Nick spent six months working as a litigator specialising in media and entertainment law at Harbottle & Lewis LLP, before returning to SJ Berwin LLP to work in their Corporate Department. Over the following eighteen months, Nick worked on a number of transactions but predominantly focused on mergers and acquisitions in the private equity sector.
Nick joined Cavendish in August 2007.
