Damien graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2001 following which he completed several marketing based work placements. He subsequently joined Deloitte as a project management associate where he also worked on marketing projects for his department. In 2004 Damien joined a European industry body as Group Executive with responsibilities for UK and international marketing and business development. This role incorporated both business-to-business and consumer marketing and also progressing business development strategy.
Damien joined Cavendish in 2006.
