Cavendish advises on the sale of Rural Solutions Limited
27 April 2005Rural Solutions Limited, the UK's only private sector national rural regeneration company, has been sold to Diamond Square Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accent Group Limited, for an undisclosed consideration. The sale was initiated and led by [Peter Gray] and Brent Nabbs at Cavendish Corporate Finance Limited.
