1 March 2005

The Glen Dimplex Group has acquired LEC Refrigeration Plc (''LEC'') from the Malaysian conglomerate, Sime Darby Group. LEC is one of the UK's leading domestic and technical refrigeration manufacturers. LEC's domestic products are sold through the main electrical retailers and it's technical products through commercial, marine and medical distribution channels.
