Andrew joined Cavendish in 2002 and predominantly focuses on business services. He has worked on a large number of transactions in a range of sectors including the recent sales of Hawk-Eye to Sony, Marsh & Parsons to LSL and Mackenzie Hall to PRA.
Before joining us, Andrew was in the corporate finance department of UBS specialising in mergers and acquisitions. During his time at UBS Warburg, Andrew worked on the execution of a wide range of transactions including trade sales, acquisitions, UK public offers and demergers. His clients included UK and international companies operating in the telecoms, engineering and leisure sectors. His experience of the sell-side ranges from the successful completion of a major leveraged buyout to the securing of venture capital funding for niche technology companies.
Andrew graduated from Oxford University in 1997 with an honours degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
