Anya Cummins

Senior Executive

Anya graduated from Dublin City University in 2004 with a first class honours degree in International Business, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008.

Anya joined Deloitte Corporate Finance in 2004, and spent 7 years working as part of the M&A advisory team, primarily focused on acquisitions and disposals in the mid-market sector. While with Deloitte Anya also advised on a number of large equity and debt raisings, restructurings, strategic and financial reviews. Her clients included Irish and international companies operating across a range of industry sectors and with a particular focus on healthcare and support services.

Anya joined Cavendish in 2011, and has since worked on a number of disposal and capital raising transactions. Within her role this has included detailed business and industry analysis, financial modelling, valuations, the preparation of information memoranda and overall deal management.
