Anya joined Cavendish in 2011, and has since worked on a large number of disposal and capital raising transactions, particularly within the consumer and services sectors. Within her role this has included financial modelling, valuations, the preparation of information memoranda and overall transaction management. Anya has worked on many high profile deals, including the sale of Coopers of Stortford to Damartex SA, the sale of a minority stake in World First to FTV, the sale of Raleigh Cycle to Accell Group and the sale of Robert Dyas to Theo Paphitis.
Before joining us, Anya worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where she spent 7 years working as part of the M&A advisory team. She primarily focused on acquisitions and disposals in the mid-market sector. While with Deloitte Anya also advised on a number of large equity and debt raisings, restructurings, strategic and financial reviews. Her clients included Irish and international companies operating across a range of industry sectors.
Anya graduated from Dublin City University in 2004 with a first class honours degree in International Business, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008.
