Caroline graduated from Bristol University and has spent her career working with companies to increase their overall profit and value. She has over ten years experience of management consulting in Europe (with Arthur D. Little, The Mac Group and Gemini Consulting). Her last position in consulting was at Gemini Consulting where she was Financial Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice leader and the leadership team of CRM at CapGemini. She then moved into line management, joining American Express as Global Head of Sales and CRM for Personal Financial Services. Most recently, Caroline was Managing Director of Venture Consulting UK where she built a business in management consulting and developing new ventures. 

Since joining Cavendish in 2005, Caroline has executed a number of transactions alongside providing strategic exit planning advisory for pre-sale clients. Recent deals include the sale of a minority stake of World First to FTV, the sale of IT Job Board to Dice Holdings, and Hancocks to H2 Equity Partners. Caroline has also undertaken a number of exit planning assignments in the recruitment sector.
