Caroline has over ten years experience of management consulting in Europe (with Arthur D. Little, The Mac Group and Gemini Consulting). Her last position in consulting was at Gemini Consulting where she was Financial Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice leader. She then moved into line management, joining American Express as Global Head of Sales and CRM for Personal Financial Services.
Most recently, Caroline was Managing Director of Venture Consulting UK where she built a business in management consulting and developing new ventures.
Since joining Cavendish in 2005, Caroline has completed over 20 exit review assignments.
