Caroline Belcher

Caroline heads up the Cavendish exit planning practice and co-heads the FS practice.  She has over 20 years experience working with companies to increase their overall profit and value as an advisor, corporate leader and entrepreneur and realise this value through successful transactions.

She has over 10 years experience of management consulting in Europe (with Arthur D. Little, The Mac Group and Gemini Consulting).  Her last position in consulting was at Gemini Consulting where she was Financial Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice leader and the leadership team of  CRM at CapGemini.  She then moved into line management, joining American Express as Global Head of Sales and CRM for Personal Financial Services.  Most recently, Caroline was Managing Director of Venture Consulting UK where she built a business in financial services management consulting and developing new ventures.

Since joining Cavendish in 2005, Caroline has executed a number of transactions alongside providing strategic exit planning advisory for pre-sale clients. Recent deals include the sale of Allen Lane Consultancy to Outsourcing Inc, Dexion to Fidante Partners, the sale of SMA to BCA, the sale of Rudridge to Travis Perkins,  the sale of a minority stake of World First to FTV, the sale of IT Job Board to Dice Holdings, Hancocks to H2 Equity Partners, Moore Group to IFG Trust, Redbox Recorders to ISIS Equity Partners and Ten Education to a private group of investors.

The Cavendish Team have been instrumental in delivering me a buyer which is a perfect fit for my business.
