Caroline Belcher

Caroline graduated from Bristol University and has spent her career working with companies to increase their overall profit and value.

She has over 15 years experience of management consulting in Europe (with Arthur D. Little, The Mac Group and Gemini Consulting).  Her last position in consulting was at Gemini Consulting where she was European Financial Services practice leader and in the leadership team of CRM at CapGemini.  She then moved into line management, joining American Express as Global Head of Sales and CRM for Personal Financial Services developing financial services in 11 countries.  Most recently, Caroline was Managing Director of Venture Consulting UK where she built a business in Financial Services management consulting and developing new ventures.

Caroline joined Cavendish in 2006 to build up an exit planning practice, helping entrepreneurs maximise value pre-sale.  Due to her background in Financial Services Caroline co-heads the Financial Services practice.  She has executed a number of transactions alongside providing strategic exit planning advisory for pre-sale clients. Recent deals include Dexion to Fidante Partners, the sale of Rudridge Limited to Travis Perkins plc, the sale of SMA Vehicle Remarketing to BCA Marketplace, the sale of a minority stake of World First to FTV, the sale of IT Job Board to Dice Holdings, Hancocks to H2 Equity Partners and the sale of Moore Group to IFG Trust.
