John Farrugia

John has been involved in the technology M&A and capital raising sector for over 14 years. During this time John has been involved in advising clients across a variety of technology segments including internet and media, application software, SaaS, infrastructure software, online gaming, IT security, storage and tech-enabled services.

John graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of London in 2000. He started his career within the technology M&A division of Close Brothers Corporate Finance where he spent two years before moving to Strata Technology Partners. In 2008, he joined Cavendish Corporate Finance to focus on the technology M&A sector.

Recent transactions include the sale of 2Touch to Parabellum Capital, the sale of Avantia to ECI, the sale of Datong plc to Seven Technologies, the sale of Helios to Egis Avia, the sale of Primal pictures to Informa plc and the minority interest sale of Projects Abroad to HNI.
