Leonard Murdock

Director of Business Development

After graduating from the University of Adelaide with majors in Marketing and Management, Leonard began his career with an entrepreneurial Australian firm managing the interests of a large group of investor shareholders through several healthcare businesses, commercial property developments, a vineyard and a wine production business.

Relocating to London in 2009, Leonard led the business development and marketing functions of a small city based IT firm through a recession induced turnaround, before joining a mid-market private equity firm to help establish and launch their SME advisory division from start-up and through rapid and substantial growth.

Leonard joined Cavendish in 2012 to operate a client focused business development programme.
