Linda Sullivan has over twenty five years experience advising a wide range of international clients, including UK and US media and technology owners, in relation to licensing, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, strategy and finance.
After graduating with an LLB Honours law degree from Exeter University, Linda qualified and practiced as a solicitor at leading City of London law firm, Macfarlanes until 1985.
Subsequently she became Strategic Adviser to the founders of GEAC Computer Corporation and was appointed the first female Director of this Toronto Stock Exchange quoted multinational company.
Using her experience of international business development and finance she has advised many international clients expanding into the UK, including a number of media and technology companies.
Since joining Cavendish in 2011 Linda has completed a number of media transactions including the sale of Profile Group to Centaur Media plc, World Trade Group to GCP Capital Partners, Double Helix to Interpublic Group Inc, Primal Pictures to Informa, Opta Sports to Perform Group plc, the Communications Agency to Communisis plc, and The Planning Shop International to Omnicom Group Inc.
Linda is a Partner and Head of the Media and Digital team at Cavendish and co-chair of the MAI Media Group.
