David graduated from Cambridge University in 1999 with an honors degree in Land Economy.
On graduating he joined Chase Manhattan in London as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions team and worked on a range of transactions for UK and international clients including cross-border acquisitions, public offers and leveraged buyouts.
Following the merger with JP Morgan, David moved into the TMT coverage team and worked on a number of cross-border divestitures, initial public offerings, debt raisings and private placements for both European and US companies.
After spending time in Spain working for a mobile gaming start-up company, David joined Deloitte in their Corporate Finance Advisory team focusing on Real Estate funds and UK public market transactions. His clients ranged from global property and pension funds though to smaller UK AIM listed companies.
David joined Cavendish in 2006.
