John graduated from the University of London in 2000 with a degree in Economics.
On graduating he joined the M&A team of Close Brothers Corporate Finance before joining Strata Technology Partners in 2003. During his time as an Investment Banker, John has worked on a variety of transactions including cross border acquisitions and disposals, valuations and fund-raising in both private and public companies.
John predominately focuses on the technology and digital media industry sectors. His deal experience includes the spinout of a software company from its European parent company which was subsequently listed on AIM via a "bought IPO", the sale of a European telecoms company to an Indian conglomerate and the disposal of intellectual property from a UK publicly listed company.
John joined Cavendish in 2008.
