Rory joined Cavendish (then finnCap) in June 2023 as a Corporate Finance Analyst.

Prior to joining, Rory completed internships at finnCap in their M&A and Debt Advisory teams and previously worked in finance during his placement year at university.

Rory graduated from the University of Reading, Henley Business School with a BA in Business & Management (with a placement year) in 2021.
