Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, for the past 15 years specialising in business sales at Cavendish, where he is a Partner. He has advised on a wide range of transactions, from multi-billion pound government projects to the sale of minority stakes in small family businesses.
An Oxford graduate and Chartered Accountant, Jonathan was previously employed at PwC and the M&A department of Hambros Bank, having started his career in industry in brands and marketing.
Jonathan has particular expertise in advising main market and AIM listed companies and heads the Consumer Group at Cavendish, which specialises in advising companies in the retail, leisure and consumer sectors.
