George is an ICAS Chartered Accountant having trained in the Banking & Capital Markets audit department at EY.

George joined the Cavendish (then Cenkos) Corporate Finance department in April 2021.

Since joining, George has worked on multiple IPO and secondary market transactions as well a number of PLC takeovers. He has also advised clients on their day-to-day compliance with the relevant stock market regulations.
