Henry joined the Growth Companies team at Cavendish from Numis in 2021 where he worked in the equity sales team with a focus on small/mid cap equity sales to UK institutional investors and working on a number of equity capital market transactions.

Henry holds a first class degree in Economics from the University of Bath and is a CFA Chartholder.
