Robert joined the Investment Companies team in December 2024. He has worked in the investment trust sector since 1998, moving into corporate finance roles in 2008. He previously worked at Singer Capital Markets, Cantor Fitzgerald, Fidante Partners, Winterflood Securities and JPMorgan Asset Management.

Robert has lead or advised multiple IPOs and capital raises across a range of asset classes, advised on Takeover Code transactions and other investment trust M&A, and been engaged in advising boards in relation to shareholder activism.
