Yuen Low

Yuen Low joined Cavendish’s Energy, Power & Resources research team in June 2025 as Mining Analyst. He has just shy of two decades’ experience, having worked at PanmureLiberum, Shore Capital Markets (for which, notably, he successfully established a reputable smaller-cap mining franchise) and RBC Capital Markets.

Yuen was ranked #3 by Fund Managers in a leading industry survey in the SMID-cap Metals & Mining category in 2020; he has thrice been voted #1 by Quoted Companies.

Yuen possesses an eclectic collection of degrees: a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from the University of Bath, an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (First Class Honours) from the University of Nottingham. He is also a CFA charterholder.
