Job Overview

Main Tasks

Social media

  • Support the management of LinkedIn and Instagram channels
  • Schedule and publish content in line with agreed plans
  • Create and edit social media assets in line with our branding guidelines to ensure accuracy
    and consistency
  • Monitor engagement and flag anything requiring follow-up

Website content

  • Keep website content current through regular updates and edits
  • Support the upload and maintenance of content linked to campaigns, reports and events
  • Check pages for accuracy, formatting and broken links

Email and campaign marketing

  • Support campaign delivery via Mailchimp
  • Build and send email campaigns, including basic HTML edits where required
  • Assist with audience lists, segmentation and testing
  • Support automations where experience allows

Campaign and ad hoc support

  • Support digital activity linked to events, origination and report launches
  • Help prepare and organise digital assets
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks across the team

Qualifications, skills and competencies required:

Essential

  • Experience or strong familiarity with digital marketing activity
  • Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Confident using Canva
  • Experience using LinkedIn and Instagram in a professional or brand context
  • Experience using Mailchimp

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Mailchimp automations
  • Basic HTML editing for email templates
  • Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
  • We are looking to develop our methods of communication – photography and/or video
    creation and editing
