Job Overview
This role is within the Business Intelligence function focused on leveraging machine-learning tools and techniques to augment both our business development capability and our broader data and analytics framework. You will be working closely with practitioners from a range of business functions on a variety of use cases which are sponsored by our Executive Committee.
Main Tasks
The successful candidate will need to:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of how our various business units work.
- Assess the feasibility and relative complexity of a growing list of use cases.
- Design and implement robust and efficient data management processes.
- Design, implement and tune machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with business intelligence and IT colleagues on engineering solutions.
- Develop and regularly present to management on the “AI roadmap”
- Stay updated with industry trends, proposing innovative solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Masters Degree in sciences, maths or engineering.
- Experienced with Python, R, and related modelling libraries and frameworks.
- Working knowledge of various machine learning techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organised.
- Collaborative.
