Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, has raised £9m to help fund a new acquisition in the US. The company announced it has agreed to buy a membership-based trade group of independent promotional products distributors Advertising Industry Mastermind (AI Mastermind).
