FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR, ARIYA

Cavendish is pleased to have advised the shareholders of Ariya Neuro Care on its sale to Choice Care, a leading provider of specialist care and services for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, backed by iCON Infrastructure.

Ariya Neuro Care is an “Outstanding” rated specialist in brain injury neurorehabilitation, supporting people with acquired brain injuries (ABI) through both transitional residential services and care in their own homes. The partnership introduces ABI rehabilitation as a new specialist service within the Choice Care Group.

Both organisations share a strong commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred care, grounded in compassion, integrity and a belief in the potential of every person, an essential factor for Ariya’s founders when selecting a partner.

This transaction further demonstrates Cavendish’s expertise in guiding founder‑led businesses through confidential sale processes and delivering outcomes that benefit all stakeholders, particularly important in healthcare, where dedicated employees delivering exceptional care is paramount.

“Ariya has long been recognised as an outstanding place to work, deliver and receive care,” said Michael Jewell, Partner at Cavendish. “This transaction marks an exciting next chapter for the ABI care model they have created and aligns seamlessly with Choice Care’s values, placing people at the centre of everything they do.”

Lucy Fallon, founder and Service Development Director at Ariya, added, “Our mission has always been to deliver compassionate, highly personalised rehabilitation that empowers people to regain independence and control. This partnership will expand access to such specialist environments and support the development of outstanding practices.”
