CLM Fireproofing secures growth investment from Ufenau Capital Partners

Investment to support the next phase of expansion for the UK passive fire protection specialist

Cavendish is pleased to have advised CLM Fireproofing (“CLM”) on its investment from Ufenau Capital Partners (“Ufenau”). The investment will support CLM’s continued growth, strengthening its market position and expanding its service offering across passive fire protection.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in London, CLM is a leading UK specialist in passive fire protection, providing design guidance, installation and remediation solutions. The business operates nationally, supporting blue-chip construction clients and the public sector through a team of c.70 employees, with c.250 operatives active on site each day. CLM combines technical expertise with technology-enabled fire consultancy, including its proprietary NEXUS platform, to support earlier-stage design coordination and compliance assurance.

CLM’s management team will continue to accelerate growth in the highly fragmented passive fire protection market and expand into ancillary services and new geographies.
