finnCap have advised InnovaDerma PLC on an up to £4.5m Fundraise.

InnovaDerma is a UK developer and marketer of beauty, personal care and clinically proven life science products. InnovaDerma has presence in the UK, Europe, US, Australasia, Asia and Africa.

This funding will be used to strengthen InnovaDerma’s balance sheet, provide capital to accelerate the Company’s global Direct-To-Consumer strategy and to enhance its e-commerce infrastructure and operational capacity.
