Cavendish is jointly advising IQGeo on its ongoing recommended acquisition by a new company formed by KKR in a deal valuing the geospatial and network management software company at £333m.

Cavendish is proud to have worked with the team at IQGeo since 2018, supporting the company through a strategic shift, a disposal, capital return and two equity fundraising-backed acquisitions.

KKR sees an opportunity to accelerate IQGeo’s transition towards a recurring software centric business model and the development of IQGeo’s future product roadmap under private ownership.
