finnCap Group have advised K3 Capital Group plc on its £30.45m fundraise and its acquisitions of randd uk ltd, which advises clients on Research and Development Tax Credit (RDTC) claims, for an initial consideration of £9.27m, and restructuring and advisory firm Quantuma for an initial payment of £26.95m.
