finnCap have raised c.£5.8m for Redcentric, a leading UK IT managed services provider.

finncap provided advice to Redcentric as it agreed a settlement with the FCA and it is also the first time that an AIM company has put in place its own restitution scheme to pay compensation. The fundraise enables the company to offer a full cash alternative as part of the scheme and the successful conclusion of this deal with the FCA removes a significant uncertainty over the company.
