Sava Technology
“I needed advisors who I felt I could work with as closely trusted colleagues, with Cavendish chosen after a fairly rigorous selection process. They took the time to really understand our business, our customers, and the market we operate within; all essential for being able to act on our behalf in the market. They always listened to our thoughts on issues that arose, and then put forward pragmatic solutions.
They didn’t disappoint and totally lived up to my initial expectations, and the promises they made. We [the shareholders] ended up with a great outcome thanks to the Cavendish team.”

Cavendish advises on the sale of Sava Technology to Omni Partners’ Infoshare platform.
Cavendish is pleased to announce it has advised the shareholders of Sava Technology, a specialist provider of software solutions to the social housing sector, on its sale to Omni Partners. The transaction marks the fifth acquisition for Omni’s Infoshare data intelligence platform and reflects growing investor appetite in social impact technologies.
