Cavendish is delighted to be acting as sole Financial and Rule 3 Adviser for Smoove in relation to its all-cash offer from ASX-listed PEXA.

Smoove plc is a UK-based software solutions provider for the housing market. The Board of PEXA, which operates PEXA Exchange, a digital property settlements platform in Australia, said it “believes there is a significant opportunity for Smoove’s existing customers to benefit from PEXA’s digital property settlements platform and wider service offering.”
