Tyler Grange

“The team at Cavendish were instrumental in helping us to navigate a complex transaction and identifying Myllium as the ideal partner for our next chapter. We gave them a tough mandate: find a partner who could deliver strong value while truly understanding and respecting our culture. They achieved exactly that balance. Andrew, Elliott, Ellen and Róisín were terrific throughout, ensuring the Shareholder group felt confident and happy with the result. That was harder than it sounds, and ‘impressed’ doesn’t quite cover it!””

Founder at Tyler Grange

Cavendish has advised the shareholders of Tyler Grange on its entry into Myllium, a newly formed international collective of nature and sustainability specialists, backed by Fidelio, the Swedish growth-orientated investor.

Tyler Grange is a UK-based environmental consultancy with a national footprint, supporting complex, large-scale development projects across the built environment. The business is proudly B Corp certified and a pioneer of the four-day working week. It has been recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in both 2024 and 2025, an accredited Living Wage employer and a member of the Better Business Network.

Cavendish ran a competitive process designed to identify an investor that not only delivered strong financial value for shareholders but also aligned with the company’s entrenched purpose-led culture. Emphasis was placed on finding a partner with shared sustainability credentials and a deep appreciation for Tyler Grange’s values, ensuring the right balance between commercial growth and cultural preservation.

Fidelio’s investment provides capital to accelerate expansion and capability build-out while preserving Tyler Grange’s brand and distinctive culture.

Tyler Grange joins Myllium as a founding member and core platform business. Myllium brings together over 400 specialists from seven firms across the UK and Northern Europe, uniting expertise in ecology, arboriculture, landscape architecture, sustainability, environmental law and technical innovation.

The transaction marks another successful deal for Cavendish in the consulting and environmental services sector, having has advised on a number of transactions in the space in recent years including the sale of purpose-driven professional services firm Gemserv.

Elliot Jeans, Director at Cavendish, said:

“Tyler Grange operates in a market where regulatory scrutiny is increasing, and the quality of environmental advice genuinely matters. The business has built strong technical depth alongside a disciplined commercial model, positioning it well for sustained growth.

Having advised the shareholders through a competitive process, our focus was on identifying a partner aligned with the company’s culture and long-term ambitions. Fidelio brings patient capital and a clear platform strategy through Myllium, providing the right foundation for the next phase of growth.”
