Cavendish is pleased to announce that it has acted for UC Partners (“UCP”), the London-based investment firm providing capital and strategic support to high quality UK mid-market businesses, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Class Tours Limited.

Class Tours is the parent company behind Voyager School Travel, COGO Group Travel and Pegasus Coaches. Headquartered in Brighton with regional offices in Northern France, Class Tours is a market leader in language immersion and educational travel, delivering unique, curriculum-linked experiences for British and French students.

The transaction supports Class Tours’ next phase of growth including the development of a new purpose-built youth accommodation centre for groups visiting Paris and further expansion across its existing centres.

This deal reinforces Cavendish’s established track record in the travel sector, advising founder-led and private-equity-backed businesses on strategic sales, acquisitions and growth.
