The Graduate Programme

  • Corporate Finance: Transaction execution, financial modelling, preparation of marketing materials, and supporting IPOs and fundraisings.
  • M&A: Buy and sell-side mandate execution, due diligence, valuation analysis, and client engagement.
  • Sales, Corporate Broking & Trading: Gaining first-hand exposure to institutional sales, stock broking and market-making.
  • Research: Build commercial awareness by understanding how research supports client advisory and trading.

You’ll be supported by:

  • A dedicated mentor in each rotation.
  • Structured training in financial modelling, valuation, and equity markets.
  • Support to study for professional qualifications (CFA or equivalent).

What You’ll Do

  • Develop skills in financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution.
  • Support client engagement, investor relations, and trading desk activities.
  • Build a detailed understanding of quoted and private companies, investors, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications, skills and competencies required:

  • Strong academic background (Undergraduate Degree)
  • High level of data literacy and numeracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with any or all of Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL preferred
  • Keen interest in capital markets
