Job Overview

Main Tasks

  • Management of all roadshows and events, including providing management teams with all
    necessary documentation, booking travel, printing of presentation materials and overseeing
    all logistics
  • Booking investors into results roadshows and investor events
  • Updating internal systems and calendars for investor meetings
  • Dealing with share register related queries
  • Preparation, collation and management of feedback documents, including i) making sure the relevant sales/Corporate Broking person is collecting feedback quickly and efficiently and ii) the final document is sent to the client in a timely manner
  • Updating investor profiles documents and creating new documents where necessary
  • Booking travel and accommodation for the team and corporate clients
  • Management of CRM system
  • Providing corporate clients with weekly share price documentation on a Friday
  • Management of centralised diary
  • Assisting with booking sales briefings
  • Assisting on reverse roadshow
  • General daily/weekly administrative tasks

Qualifications, skills and competencies required:

  • Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise, manage workload and multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Previous experience of diary management
  • Positive, proactive and outgoing attitude
  • Comfortable speaking to management and investors on the phone
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
