Job Overview
Working in a fast-paced environment in a team of five, the role involves providing excellent service to our 168 corporate clients whilst supporting the Corporate Broking team.
Main Tasks
- Management of all roadshows and events, including providing management teams with all
necessary documentation, booking travel, printing of presentation materials and overseeing
all logistics - Booking investors into results roadshows and investor events
- Updating internal systems and calendars for investor meetings
- Dealing with share register related queries
- Preparation, collation and management of feedback documents, including i) making sure the relevant sales/Corporate Broking person is collecting feedback quickly and efficiently and ii) the final document is sent to the client in a timely manner
- Updating investor profiles documents and creating new documents where necessary
- Booking travel and accommodation for the team and corporate clients
- Management of CRM system
- Providing corporate clients with weekly share price documentation on a Friday
- Management of centralised diary
- Assisting with booking sales briefings
- Assisting on reverse roadshow
- General daily/weekly administrative tasks

Qualifications, skills and competencies required:
- Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise, manage workload and multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience of diary management
- Positive, proactive and outgoing attitude
- Comfortable speaking to management and investors on the phone
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
