Job Overview

Main Tasks

Event coordination and delivery

  • Support the planning and delivery of multiple internal and external events running in parallel
  • Assist with logistics including venues, catering, AV, registrations and materials
  • Track timelines, actions and deadlines across several events at once
  • Support live event delivery, including on-site coordination where required

Internal coordination

  • Work with colleagues across the business to support event planning and delivery
  • Help coordinate speakers, agendas and briefing materials
  • Support internal communications linked to events

Marketing and administration

  • Assist with invitations, registrations and attendee communications
  • Maintain accurate attendee lists and post-event records
  • Support post-event follow-up, feedback and reporting
  • Keep event information up to date across internal systems

Organisation and process

  • Use trackers and checklists to manage activity during busy periods
  • Support budget tracking and supplier invoices
  • Flag issues early when priorities or timelines change

Qualifications, skills and competencies required:

  • Some experience supporting events, marketing or project coordination
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility
  • Experience in professional services is helpful but not essential.
