Adam McCarter

Research Associate

Adam joined the Life Sciences team in August 2023 having previously worked within the Healthcare research team at Edison Group. Prior to his move into public equities, Adam worked in industry across various roles including as a medicinal chemist at GlaxoSmithKline involved in early-stage drug discovery programmes and at Johnson Matthey, working within the R&D teams of its CRO pharmaceutical development and manufacturing sector as well as a period in the company’s biocatalysis division.

Adam holds a First-Class Master’s degree in Chemistry with Drug Discovery and a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry.
