Corporate Finance Managing Director

Ben has more than 18 years’ of corporate finance and ECM investment banking experience, with a particular focus in acting for AIM quoted and Main Market listed clients and across IPOs, secondary fundraisings and public market M&A advisory – including in the successful execution of multiple buy & build strategies.

Ben also provides ongoing strategic and regulatory advice to clients as an AIM Qualified Executive and his clients span a range of sectors including Business Services, Construction & Building Materials and Technology.

Prior to joining Cavendish in 2018, Ben previously worked for Smith & Williamson (now Evelyn Partners) and an Asian investment bank.
