Callum has over 11 years’ corporate finance experience, focused on advising small and mid-cap growth companies.

He has a broad range of transactional experience, advising on numerous IPOs, secondary fund raisings and public M&A transactions for clients across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Technology, Financials and Industrials.

Callum provides ongoing advice to listed companies both on the AIM and Main Markets of the London Stock Exchange.
