Dan joined Cavendish in 2021 from Mazars where he was a member of the Deal Advisory team. Dan has experience in executing sell-side, buy-side and debt raising transactions across a range of sectors with a particular focus on Business Services and IT Managed Services.

His experience in mid-market corporate transactions includes the sale of John Nicholls to MKM Building Supplies, TC Group to Inflexion, RelateCare Services to MML Capital partners, Salmon Software to Melior Partners and John Bannon Surgical to BVI Medical.

Dan graduated with a BSc in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin and is a CFA level 3 candidate.
