David joined Cavendish as an Associate in 2024. David has advised on a number of buy-side, sell-side and capital raising transactions having previously worked for KPMG for over six years, where he qualified as a chartered accountant in 2021.

David has worked across numerous sectors but has typically focused on Financial Services & Technology sectors having executed a number of transactions in these sectors in recent years.

David graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2017.
