Harry is an Associate at Cavendish, having joined in June 2025. Prior to joining Cavendish, Harry was a Manager in PwC’s Birmingham M&A team.

Recent transactions Harry has advised on include the minority sale of ADANOLA to STORY3 Capital; the disposal of 10 Oakman Inns’ freehold sites to The Restaurant Group; the disposal of Gordon Murray Technologies to CYVN Holdings; and, the acquisition of specialist care provider, Bright Futures, for Charme Capital.

Harry qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2021.
