Henrik joined Cavendish (then finnCap) in 2009 after qualifying as a chartered accountant specialising on AIM IPOs.

He has extensive experience of all aspects of corporate advisory and broking work, having acted on several IPOs and secondary fundraisings, including PE exits and founder sell-downs.

Henrik leads Cavendish’s market-leading team focussed on public takeovers, shareholder activism and other specialist advisory situations, acting on both sides of such corporate activity. He spent two years at the Takeover Panel on a rare secondment where he was involved in over 200 takeover situations.
