James McCormack

Research Director

James started his career at Deloitte, where he spent 7 years as a Manager within the Petroleum Services Group, initially focusing on the upstream industry within the Middle East, before moving into similar roles in Latin America and North Africa.

In 2015, James joined Wood Mackenzie, working in a number of roles, including a Research Manager within Petroleum Edge, a joint venture between Wood Mackenzie and CGG Robertson, managing the delivery of an exploration acreage valuation tool.

James joined Cavendish (then Cenkos Securities) in March 2018 as a Director, Research within the natural resources team with a focus on Oil & Gas.

James graduated with a MSci in Geology from Southampton University in 2007.
