Jananan Nathan

Associate Director, M&A

Jananan joined the Consumer M&A team at Cavendish in April 2025.

Prior to joining Cavendish, Jananan worked at Perella Weinberg Partners advising public & private UK companies across various sectors. There he worked on a wide variety of corporate finance transactions, from take-privates of UK public companies to private auctions.

Jananan started his career at J.P. Morgan, where he worked on various UK corporate finance transactions within M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets.

Jananan graduated from Imperial College London in 2016 with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering.
