Jeremy Osler

Head of Corporate Finance & General Counsel

Jeremy is Head of Corporate Finance and also acts as General Counsel, having joined Cavendish (then Cenkos Securities) in April 2016.

Jeremy has over 20 years of corporate finance experience across multiple sectors covering both equity capital markets and M&A transactions for AIM quoted and Main List companies. Prior to joining Cavendish, Jeremy was at J.P. Morgan for 8 years and latterly Hannam & Partners for 2 years, holding both corporate finance and legal positions, and prior to that he was a corporate solicitor at Ashurst where he qualified. Jeremy remains a practising solicitor.
