Mark Astaire

INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mark was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 January 2024, and brings over 35 years’ of investment banking experience to the Board having held a number of senior leadership positions including Chairman of Corporate Broking at Barclays and Head of Corporate Broking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mark was also a member of the Takeover Panel. Mark is Chair of Next 15 Group plc, a member of the Board of Sky News (which protects the editorial independence of Sky News), a Director on the Board of Trustees of the Holburne Museum in Bath and a member of the International Advisory Board of the University of Liverpool Management School.

Time commitment: At least 20 days per annum.
