Mike is a Partner at Cavendish, having joined the firm in 2016.

He has ten years of cross-border Technology & Services M&A experience, predominantly acting for owner-managed and private equity backed businesses, with a specialist focus in HCM Software.

Recent transactions include the sale of Zest Benefits to ePassi (backed by TA Associates & Warburg), Mo Rewards to UKG (backed by Hellman & Friedman), Perkbox to Great Hill Partners and GCSEPod to Access Group.

Mike started his career at Deloitte, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015. He graduated with First Class Honours in Economics & Management from Southampton University.
