Mike is a Director at Cavendish, having joined the firm in June 2016.

He has over 7 years of cross-border Human Capital and Technology M&A experience, predominantly acting for private equity backed and owner-managed businesses. Recent transactions include the sale of Soundbite Learning to Access Group, TicTrac to Dialogue Health Technologies and Vero Screening to Accurate Background.

Mike started his career at Deloitte, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015. He graduated with First Class Honours in Economics & Management from Southampton University.
