Paris joined the Cavendish M&A team in February 2020 as a Senior Analyst. With over seven years M&A experience, she has completed a number of sell-side and buy-side transactions across  Technology and Business Services.

Previous transaction experience includes the sale of Mail Manager Ltd to Ideagen Plc, the sale of Datrix Ltd to Adept plc, the sale of a minority stake in Systal Technology Solutions to Inflexion and buyside support for Redcentric in the acquisition of the Industrial Solutions business of Piksel Limited.

Prior to joining Cavendish, Paris also spent time in the M&A teams at both Clearwater International and Grant Thornton. Paris graduated with a degree in French and Spanish from King’s College London and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
