Senior Analyst

Sam joined Cavendish in 2024 from Deloitte where he worked across the M&A and Debt Advisory teams. In the M&A team, he worked on multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions, primarily focused on the healthcare sector. In the Debt Advisory team, he worked on multiple debt raises, refinancings and lender education processes, working primarily with companies owned by Private Equity.

Sam graduated from the University of Surrey in 2016 with a BSc in Mathematics. He passed all three CFA exams first time, completing CFA Level III in 2024.
